The restaurant has become an integral part of New Orleans history and tradition, and we have our loyal customers to thank for that,” said general manager Melvin Rodrigue. “What better way to celebrate the anniversary than with a menu containing Galatoire’s most beloved dishes, dishes that we look forward to serving for another 105 years.” For $105, guests can enjoy four courses of Galatoire’s signature cuisine paired with traditional French wines provided by Republic National Distributing Company.
