I FILED A PERSONAL CLAIM IN AUG. THAT I RECEIVED MONEY BUT WHEN I
WENT IN TO FILE FOR THE QUICK CLAIM I WAS TOLD BY SUPERVISOR RON WRIGHT I HAD TO FILE AS BUSINESS. HE KNEW BY FILING THIS WAY THAT I WOULD BE DENIED. I FILED FIRST ON DEC. 18th BUT WHEN THEY DOWN LOADED THE FORMS A ERROR HAPPEN AND I HAD TO FILE AGAIN. I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT BE PENALIZE FOR THIS BUT I WAS. ON DEC. 28th I FILED
FOR A SECOND TIME I WAS TOLD AGAIN THAT I MUST FILE AS BUSINESS.
AFTER 34 DAYS I WAS DENIED THE REASON WAS INSUFFICIENT RELIABLE EVIDENCE. I WAS TOLD THAT IF I RECEIVED MONEY FROM THE EMERGENCY FUND THAT I WOULD NOT NEED ANY ADDITIONAL INFO. IF THIS IS TRUE THEN WHY WAS I DENIED. I THINK IT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY
IF YOU KNOW OF ANY ONE THAT CAN HELP RIGHT THIS WRONG PLEASE CONTACT ME. THANKS BEV
